Joe: Thank you for taking a moment to calm the troops.

Relative to the sale of shares by Charles Z. We now understand why they reported the sale, but we do not understand:

1. Why he was selling at the same time Michael was saying it would be idiotic for anyone to do so.

2. Why Charles found it necessary to put personal funds into CC-Canada at a time DCI apparently had access to substantial amounts of cash?

3. What Grupo meant when he reported that you had put a leash on the Zwebners and no more shares were to be sold?

4. Why did Charles find it necessary to sell shares on the open market when you had a standing offer to buy shares from any and all?

5. Why did you not advise us yourself in Jan. and Feb. that Zwebner was one of the CC shareholders who was then in the process of selling?

6. Was Michael Z. also selling at the same time he was making such
optimistic statements about "Watching his fingers?"

As a group, we have been darn patient and forgiving in the past. We have wanted to believe the best of you and your crew. These
current revelations have really pulled the rug out from under some of
us, however. We now feel deceived by people we had reason to believe
were virtual spokesmen for the company. George E.

Joe Murphy, CEO DCI,

On Monday March 30th at 1222 pm (post number 4115) you indicated a number of things on the SI thread.

First, you stated that you would address several issues. The first one was ""Zwebner Filing"", and due to your slow typing speed, the other issues would follow at seperate intervals.

As 5 long days and 5 long nights have now elapsed, are you in a position to elaborate on the "other issues" that you mentioned, particularly the GREAT NEWS FROM LA REGARDING $50 million in new acquisitions that you have indicated as a done deal ??

Secondly, in your posting, you refer to your employees as "THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY", can you please let us (ALL YOUR SHAREHOLDERS) know to whom exactly you are refering, and who is what ?

And lastly, the ZWEBNERS as you derogatively refer to them, (despite the fact that they were responsible for bringing to DCI the following:

CARDCALL UK - WH SMITH CONTRACT AND SALE TO SMARTALK $9 MILLION + to DCI,
CARDCALLER CANADA Inc - JV WITH DATAWAVE, $11 million + in revenues
CYBERFAX - THROUGH INTRODUCTION,
DCI UK, BY INTRODUCTION AND ESTABLISHMENT, - a major success story, see your own lrecent post refers...

(PERHAPS TODAY, ALMOST ALL OF DCI's CURRENT AND PROJECTED REVENUES)

you state '"TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE LITTLE OR NO SHARES LEFT". You are of course well aware that we are holders of share options, excercisable in stages throughout 1998. Can you please elaborate your statement to clarify this possible misconception, so that the other shareholders of DCI (by your account 3,500 of them) are as you quote '" KEEP YOU ALL INFORMED "

Again, Joe your early response would be appreciated by ALL !

Michael Zwebner
