I'm not sure if I can help but what is the project? Also, I'm assuming you're inquiring about sell-side analyst. You might try to approach it from the publication stand-point.

The only one that I can think of off hand is Mary Meeker at Morgan Stanley. I will look into to it and see what I can come up with.
