Dal, You ask: "How many businesses are in Hawaii? How many Hotels? How many long distance customers can XECOM get?" You leave it up to me to answer for myself. That's not what XECOM pays FIG for. Any business worth its oats answers questions like these itself--quantatively. Please lay it out for us. How many businesses??? How many hotels??? How many long distance customers can XECOM get??? And what exactly do long distance customers have to do with CLEC???? Thanks in advance for answers. TJS

Dal, 10-K filing requirements end today. So we should have a bulletin before days end (I would hope). We can also check the EDGAR data base. Unfortunately, XECOM has a history of filing late. If that's going to happen again please let us know. Bear in mind that we have had NO financial report since November, so it should be understandable that we're anxious to see the numbers. Thanks. TJS

Dal, Where is the 10-K????? Looks like we're late again. It is now midnight EST, 6 1/2 hours past the reporting deadline. While shareholders in most other companies have gotten the news about their companies (good, bad or indifferent), XECM shareholder are left in the dark. XECM is not a multi-billion dollar conglomerate. The 10-K should have been produced in February or even late January. Who's running the show!!!?? TJS
