Dear Steve: The same equipment will work for all frequencies. However, I strongly suspect that the frequency downconverter on customer premises will be set to work for one band or the other. You should not worry too much about this issue since LMDS systems have a large amount of flexibility in terms of selecting different band for different services, or for down and up-links. The one issue that concerns me on the other hand is how WCII will implement the P-MP retrofit of its current P-P system. Was this issue addressed by Bill Rouhana in the latest CC? Also this retrofit may mean that WCII will have paid significantly more for its system than recent entrants (TGNT, ARTT) which waited until the LMDS equipment was ready. Have a good day, Bernard Levy
