I have read the info. sent in the packet and I am
satisfied with what it shows. I had two questions that were
answered by investor relations almost immediately.
The one major concern I had was outstanding options,
but they are included in the total outstanding shares as
shown on the 10Q for Sept. 1997.
So I still like it.

Here's TRIG's response to an email I sent the other day.

Dear Bill,
I appreciate your e-mail. We are aware of the problem with the S&P. The problem is with their server and not with our link. They are well aware of the situation, and are working on it, if it is not already repaired.

With regards to your NASDAQ question,, the price threshold is $4 per share, not three. To the best of my knowledge, the period of time that stock must be above that price break is subjective. While we have stated that we meet NASDAQ requirements, we are exploring all listing options with all major exchanges.

Once again, I appreciate your communication and look forward to seeing you at our shareholders meeting(TBA).

Regards,
Bill Whalen

It sounds like to me that other exchange listings are a real possibility. Maybe the AMEX or NYSE? How great would a NYSE listing be?
