Dr. Seuss,

Exactly what part of this technology do you consider a scam? Are the results obtained by the mining school at the Southern Illinois University not accurate?? If you have information to the contrary, I think all of us on this thread would be very interested in reading your info.

Sincerely,

Jas

The volume has dried up considerably. Quite a few trades today were below 500 shares each. I think we might see a sharp downward move sometime in the future.

The debentures can be covered into 600k+ shares at the current price level. The outstanding short interest is < 450k. Assuming that 75% of the outstanding short interest is controlled by the debenture holders, they can short in excess of an additional 300k shares. With the current average daily volume, this can cause a big drop. They can short even more shares if they can cause this drop.

ALTIF has a clause in the terms of debentures that restricts the amount of shares that can be shorted. I took the time to try to research the debenture-holders. These guys are pretty big and control a large number of funds spread over several continents. If they want to get around this clause, they can easily do it. As my example of LASX showed, they are not new in this business.

Disclaimer : The above is my speculative opinion and is not intended to influence anybody. Everyone is advised to do their own research.

Regards,
Rajiv
