Price bounced off the lower Bollinger band which appears to be 18 7/8. This is the second time it has bounced off this band in the past 7 or 8 trading days. It has only pierced the lower Bollinger band three times since late October, the last time being early November. Hope it holds and is a good sign of better things to come.
