I did an internet search on Joe Gort, the IR rep, today. I noticed that he was involved as the IR rep for ICVI as well. That in itself is not a problem; however, I did notice that the home office address for ICVI and EDII are the same (1701 Brun St. # 101, Houston, TX) They have different phone numbers, but the same person answered when I called each number. She explained that they were sharing office space. I'm not sure I like the sound of that, particularly after reading most of the ICVI board. I think I'm going to step back and watch this one for awhile. Good luck to all and be sure to do your own DD before investing in any stock, most particularly penny stocks. Aleta
