Offie's DD is about the past. If you were investing a year ago his information would have been worthwile but for investing today it is worthless. Marty, Offie and others made a bad investment call when they bought at a high. Investing in these BB companies can be brutal. Their stock price can move on anything but the fundamentals. Today Oilex fundamentally is stronger than it ever has been. It is extremely undervalued and Caye Chapel will pay fair value for it.

One would think that Caye Chapel is some objective independent company looking to acquire Oilex. "Arms-length" deal with no hidden agendas or private benefits.

Interesting that when you go to the Caye Chapel home page you find a series of photographs. These photographs just happen to be the exact photographs contained on the Oilex home page. (Of course, they have been reversed.)

Can anyone tell me why independent Caye Chapel would have Oilex's photographs on their home page?
