What I'd really like to do is get a new machine that can handle these memory hogging RT continuous feeds. The new macs(G3) are very tempting. Incredible speed and plenty of memory. Downside is that many of the RT programs are PC based only. I have a simple mind and the microsoft world doesn't make sense to me. -

Thanks for the link to the RTQ. Question - I'm thinking of upgrading my computer, as it seems you need some power to effectively handle the information. Currently have 133 mhz. original pentium, 32 meg edo ram, 28.8 modem (an "ancient" machine). Any help from the thread on what might be a "modern" machine to handle these new internet apps?
Anybody care to comment on OIL and perhaps the company putting itself up for sale? I know this is not the thread for that, but thought someone on this thread might have some insight...
