Thanks for dropping by, must be nice to have such focus in life,
as for me I tend to stray and vacillate. <gg>

As you know it is kind of hard to predict the movement of long-term interest rate with any particular accuracy,as people in the know including Greenspan often have to work with sketchy,less than accurate,and conflicting economic data as we have seen recently.

I have a hunch though that it will likely stay between 5 1/2 - to 6 1/2 % at least for the rest of the year.I like to invest in companies that are somewhat insulated from the vagaries of interest rates,though none is spared in case of any severe fluctuations.

As for your taking profit in some of the stocks, there is nothing wrong with taking profits as I know of no one who has lost money doing so.<gg>
