I don't really think the 55 1/8 price for DEC means to much. As I posted before DEC was trading at 44 pre offer if those shareholders want it back down to that level or lower let them turn down the offer. I think CPQ was oversold and rallied up to meet first resistance of 26 1/2 to 27. Now comes the big question does it take out 27 and go to the 30 resistance or go back to test the bottom. I think it's a test of the bottoms that comes next. (24 or so would qualify)
