BCfan, I'm not at all sure this hasn't been done before. My friend's stockbroker was impressed with the tactic but not SHOCKED. A CFO colleague of mine thought the technique sounded perfectly reasonable and legitimate. So, I'd feel pretty certain it's been done before.

If it has, IRA, let's do it again.
