Don't you also think it interesting that when Caye Chapel acquired Churchill Resources, Inc. that it actually acquired 800,000 shares of publicly traded Titan Energy Corp and a minority interest in Oilex.

Makes me wonder why Churchill Resources would be holding such large quantities of Titan and Oilex stock.

Actually, there's a lot around here to make me wonder.

As we all await audited financial statements it is also of interest that all three companies (Oilex, Titan Energy and Caye Chapel) use the exact same Auditor:

Merdinger, Fruchter, Rosen & Corso, P.C.

BTW, It is now the end of March and still no SEC filing from Oilex for the fourth quarter, 1997. You remember, the fourth quarter in which all those debentures were issued. Can't wait!
