"The War on Drugs" is just another variant of the "Prohibition", it just hasn't run its full course yet. Not that I want to see that, but that's just the way it is and until that is accepted progress will only be temporary... All those resources wasted when they could be put to more productive use... both the law and its agencies and the minds and bodies of those who can't seem to see their way out of the dungeon of their own making...
