No, this is not a minor correction, IMO. I would call this a reallocation of resources. My reasoning is that my sample 40 stock, $400K, Y2K portfolio I created on Monday the 16th is now worth $420K. That's a 5% advance.

Yes, the do-it-yourself tool vendors are getting hit hard, but rather than tell you who's benefiting, I'll let you see for yourself:
