AGISS PREPARES FOR RAPID YEAR 2000 BUSINESS EXPANSION ANNOUNCES THE FOLLOWING APPOINTMENTS

OTTAWA, March 27 /CNW/ - AGISS Corporation (AGCR:NASDAQ BB).
''Dr. Mariusz Rybak, Chaiman and CEO of AGISS Corporation announced today that
the following changes to the corporate structure of AGISS Corporation have
occurred.''

Mr. Anicet Blais has been appointed President of AGISS Software
Corporation. Mr. Blais was formerly Director of Finance and Operations for
Ameridata Canada Ltd. Mr. Blais brings to AGISS strong operational,
administrative, financial, acquisition analysis and results oriented
commitment. Mr. Blais has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of
AGISS Corporation.

Mr. Fran‡ois Hubert has been appointed to the Board of Directors of AGISS
Corporation. Mr. Fran‡ois Hubert has resigned his position of Vice President
of Business Development at AGISS Software Corporation in order to accept the
position of Vice President of Consulting Service with CGI Group Inc.
(TSE:GIB-A).

Mr. Raymond Hession has been appointed to the Board of Directors of AGlSS
Corporation. Mr. Hession was formerly a principal Hession, Neville &
Associates, a consulting firm for business and government relations.
Mr. Hession was engaged as the principal business strategy consultant to his
client in the competition to Canada's social program delivery systems.
The successful business and industrial benefits strategy led to the award of a
$150,000,000 implementation contract by the new Department of Human Resources
Development.
