ADGI Announces Improved Call-Back Agreement
for West Africa

NEW YORK--(BW HealthWire)--March 30, 1998--American Diversified Group (OTC
BB:ADGI - news) Monday announced that it has executed an amended Call-Back Telecommunications Agreement with its consultant for Call-Back services in West Africa.

This amendment will significantly increase ADGI's profit participation as well as extend the term of the agreement and will require no additional compensation to be paid by ADGI.

ADGI, following negotiations with its consultant, has entered into an amended agreement which increases ADGI's profit percentage to a minimum 50% of net profits and a maximum of 65% of net profits from Call-Back revenues. In addition, the term of the agreement has
been extended to a period of 18 months following the installation of enhanced telecommunications hardware through its US switch provider, which equipment should be installed within 45 days.

Dr. Hinton, ADGI's President and CEO, stated that the installation of this hardware is expected to permit ADGI to commence full operation and provide its customers with maximum use of ADGI's Call-Back services. ADGI has negotiated this amendment to assure ADGI's maximum participation in revenues during this period. Dr. Hinton believes
that during this period, ADGI will achieve its initial projected revenues from its telecommunications division.
