Sorry Zorro, but I would not expect too much of an impact from the upcoming FCC ruling. MMDS needs to show the steak at this point, not the sizzle anymore. Until they show some positive cash flow (notice I am not even dreaming about that "profit" word) the stocks will not significantly react. (Or, the finding of a financial partner who can provide enough $'s to allow them to successfully deploy their technology and services.) Plus, the upcoming ruling is no surprise (probably expected by the street) and is probably already figured into the price. Nice thought though!
