Buying on the dips!

As investors we all have a tendency to jump into a stock when we see it running higher. That's risky especially for a long term investor. Sometimes we notice the excitement and then take the opportunity to buy a few days later at what we feel is a better price than we might have got when the stock really ran. Perhaps the wisest investors wait for a stock to consolidate before making an investment. Some people sit on the fence and wait for the next run on good news to commit. Lets think back shall we?

On Monday March 23rd ABMI ran to .99 on 1,777,800 shares. What a day!

Of course the stock closed at .66 but hey that was a long way from the open of .49

Lately the volume has been drying up on ABMI. The stock price seems to have stabilized somewhat around this level on that low volume.

Where does ABMI go from here?

No one can say for certain but if recent history tells me anything then I will say this about American BioMed.

There has been no shortage of news, MOST OF IT GOOD!

Buying on the way down while the volume seems to be slowing can also be risky. I mean at this particular time it's hard to say where momentum will carry the stock next but......

If I were a betting man, and I am, I would bet that there is more good news coming!

GO ABMI!

Regards, Jeff
