........yes, but it still might take them 1-2 years of infighting to get it right. their economy is still full of cronyism, bureuacrtic sclerosis, and fear. but they are the world's second largest economy (although china is closing fast) and they have a large % or the world's great companies.

....that being said--i still have not bought japan yet. still waiting for herbert hoover hashimoto to get some stainless steel cojones before i buy into their futzing around--still don't see sufficient structutal reforms--thus, am buying u.s. and europe first, then a bit of ASEAN countries but not japan yet.
