PEAFF quotes. For now forget PEAFF and go to Yahoo and type in PKT.AL. This will give you 15 minute delayed quotes from the Alberta exchange. Multiply by .7 for US equivalent and add a penny or two for the greedy American market makers and you will have a quote in American pennies. For example, last I checked, the ask on the Alberta exchange was .4. Multiply by .7 and you get .28. Then add 1 penny and you will arrive at the .29 the American MMs were just asking for it.
