If you are only buying 1-10 PC's, non of this is important.
If you are buying 100-1000 PC, then this becomes important.

And in all of these areas Dell is exceptional? There is no down side to this company? I've already looked at all of these factors and besides R&D they are the market leaders if not the market definers. So what's the chink in the armor?
