That was one heck of a ride today.. I don't know wether the meeting at Dominion had any effect on todays action, but it appears that both companys were in some kind of upheaval..<ggg>
the following from the Yahoo board...

Furious shareholders today forced management to adjourn the annual meeting of DBC. As has been mentioned several times on this board, the agenda was improper and there was lacking information. Management was sent back to the drawing board to do it right.

There was also furious complaints about the parachute signed by management with Eco!!

Do not expect management to stay for long. This has to be the beginning of the end and the board will force them out.
