Fixation of Road Kill Kiplinger vs. Stock Detective. Kiplinger reports (the ones that are mailed) are well known, usually balanced, and people pay good money for them. The stock detective does not. I have not seen a Kiplinger TV program for years. It appears that the Kiplinger report as illustrated by RavenCrazy on the Yahoo board shows that the report was informative and balanced. The majority of Kiplinger viewers and paid mail subscribers probably do not own or buy "penny stocks", but own much more conservative investments that are considrably less risk assertive. The audience of the program should be considered in the evaluation of the program message. I think the Kiplinger report offers some good advice...."I would only invest in a company that I thoroughly investigated and I have their financial statements and have spoken to the management of the company." I am glad to know that many of us have already been following Mr. Kiplingers advice to do just what he has suggested that everyone else does. I think it would be wise for those not in the daytrade game to sit back and read, but not get excited on the trivial and the minor road bumps such as the Kiplinger report and the Stock detective. BAAT will be made or broken on the merits of their technology, not on the whines and whimperings of the fresh crop of opinions that arise everytime BAAT hits a media rodent(friendly or unfriendly) type. The long term growth of the stock will be determined how management negotiates and employs their proven technologies to commercialization. Important issues to look for are: SEC clearance, Contracts that pay $$$, Patents, and joint ventures that pay $$$. We have invested in a penny stock, lets not confuse it for a blue chip. The difference between a blue chip and a penny stock is that you have to keep an eye on the wheel. BAAT has a lot going for it in many areas. It's price is low for a number of reasons, but that just makes it a good opportunity for the long haul. So, personally I am keeping one eye on the wheel, the other on the horizon and not getting fixated on the unimportant road kill. The Alaskan
