The board of directors named George Ziller to fill the vacancy on the NAMX board and appointed John F. Bates as secretary. Ziller previously served as a bank executive with expertise in the oil, gas and minerals industry. Bates is the company's general corporate counsel and previously served as associate general counsel of a major gas company. Now, this is REALLY strange. John F. Bates is/was Paul's lawyer involving the frivolous lawsuit against me, Alice, bob, and John & Jane Does 1-15. Another strange thing: Why is this stock trading down today?
