Brett and I had been discussing the word "significantly" as it had been used concerning earnings in the pre earnings announcement. When I said there had been two downgrades that day, I was referring to earnings downgrades and not to the stock rating being downgraded. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and apologize for not being more specific in what I wrote. The only rating downgrade that I know of was by Sound View from buy to hold on March 24,-see post # 4560. I will try to be more careful how I word things in the future as I dislike reading misinformation also. Happy Hunting dd
