I talked to Dick just now he also told me this Friday. I then followed up with I heard that before and emphasized to him I would rather that he be straight than to have another let down. He then mentioned that their was a slight change that had to be done but they are anticipating it being out by Friday. As far as news on deals he did say they are working on a few bids but wouldn't give any details. My honest thought on this whole thing is that the financials are basically finished I think the hold up is that they are wishing to release some positive news in conjunction with the financials or shortly after the financials are released.
