Nothing that we have seen or heard on the street -- there has been an overall selling off of the CLEC area over the last few weeks. In our estimation, we would expect a selling climax allowing for a buying opportunity over the next few days.

We have been a buyer of this security since it was first recommended to us by the late Darryl Edmunds of Bear Stearns. We continued to follow the recommendation of Bear's current analyst Jim Henry. I know of no change in position but realistically, the stock was $15 a year ago so profit taking could be to blame.

Chart remains positive and more than likely any overbought condition will be ameliorated with this decline.

For some reason not apparent to me Wall Street doesn't like or is not impressed with the TECH DATA (TECD) Deal. See quote.yahoo.com . I think this is the proper link, but the deal is a joint venture having TECD offer Intermedias services to their top 3000 WAN integrators. Seems like a laydown sale to me! Guess TECD stock has dropped 10 or so points in the last month, maybe people are uncomfortable with this firms financial stability? But so what, they are only offering ICIX products as a "Value- Added" item to their existing account base. Yet ICIX stock was down 6.7%, and TECD down 4.3%. I bought into ICIX bout a year ago, but still I hate to see people over react like this.
