Ken: Sorry if you feel I tend to be negative. I guess it's the magnitude of the potential loss that I am looking at that does that to me. (Happy investors don't complain.) I keep reading about how the telecon industry is changing by leaps and bounds and that virtually all the old technology is completely worthless today. I can visualize where we might end up with a bunch of worthless little companies and, hence, a bunch of worthless stock.

Joe has admitted time and again that he is not a technological whiz kid. And yet, he is buying and selling technology which had better be state of the art or else we're toast.

And, if I ask tough questions here, it's because few others on this thread seem to have the stomach or guts to do it. You may think that qualifies as "not helping," but I believe that it is much more helpful than asking questions behind the scenes and then asking everyone to believe me when I tell them what I found out. I don't ask anything here that I wouldn't ask out loud at a stockholders' meeting. So I'm not going to apologize for choosing this forum rather than person to person telephone calls. (While I greatly appreciate Joe Murphy's sincere efforts to personally keep us informed, I believe it smacks too much of a 'good ol boy' system to have a handful of people always talking to Joe and maybe, or maybe not, reporting back here.)
