BB stocks are unregulated. Short of outrageously provable fraud, virtually anything goes. On the BB speculators are fleeced faster than they can grow new wool.

Jeff,

I don't know if they have to or not but I had a limit order on for another stock and it took them 3 days to get around to filling it and my broker was really ticked cause he knew there was stock there to fill it with... go figure?
