All: Koo Koo Roo jumped today on news that Lee Iacocca is taking over as CEO. It only made it to 3 7/16 close today, but this might just propel it over 5? Anyone interested in shorting Lee? KKRO was a financial disaster last time I looked. Of course this could be an EGGS type situation. Memories of SOC when "Chainsaw Al" took over make me cautious. It also may never get back over 5 either.

I'm actually long for now, but think it might be a good one if it makes it over 5. I doubt I'll have tonight's position for very long though.

To Anyone:

Can one (legally) take on a short position by exercising a put option
and having your broker "borrow" the shares for the delivery?

No uptick (inside bid) rule"? Initial margin requirements?

TIA,
Joe

Ascend's chart looks quite bullish. I'm long as well.
