Jim, This news is very good news. We're talking about a ton of money here and there is no doubt what that means. And $3/share convertible... WOW! Just think about those that got scarred off during the drop to around .20 after the climb to .40s Boy, guess what??? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what's next. Kevin

I'm glad you're back, Jim! And with shares too! And hey! It's now 10 PM EST and I just now found out about the TNRG announcement today! (I've been busy with a different stock). Pretty cool! I'm glad I held onto my little 1000 shares, although since the conversion price of the debentures is $3 a share, my little stake might actually be worth something someday. This is a fun stock for me. No pressures, no worries, just sitting back, enjoying the view. Juanita
