Hi Steve, The WSJ had a long article on oil yesterday and how it's hard to believe them. I'll now quote from today's WSJ (Tu. 03.31.98), first news in Business and Finance. "OPEC AGREED to cut crude-oil production by 1.25 million barrels a day, after a meeting that yielded specific pledges about how much each country will now produce. Still, the cuts, about 1,5 million including cuts by non-OPEC producers, will fall short of amounts promised March 22 and likely won't boost oil prices immediately." (The rest is in "Article in page A2.") I'm a little off from Oilex's SI page and in general. I'll save your name and send you private messages instead. For the past two weeks I've been partially with LOJN. I was waiting for it to make its move upward which it now seems to continue. Check them out, too. Also check Ko Ko Roo (http://quote.yahoo.com/q?s=KKRO&d=t). I wanted to short them but my broker wont let me, since it's below five dollars. Actually, if you see any company that goes up too fast, too quick in a very short time (1-3 days) be fast to let me know, if you can. They can be great 1-day, next-day short plays. BTW- It doesn't seem like the market believes OPEC (http://cbs.marketwatch.com/cgi-bin/htx.exe/squote?source=htx/http2_mw&ticker=CL=K8. $15.80 Change -0.41). I think they DO go by the history of these members. ...and that Steve is trying to say history is not a factor (#3147)....... Come on! (Maybe too many people were betting on that meeting so they went long two days ago and now that it didn't bring up the price, the are selling to clean their positions. Who knows?) See you latter, Marty Last entry: Also check SNTKY's news release from March 23, 1998. This insider (I think it was him) was very good with timing when the stock was at $1.875 (?- check past press releases), purchasing 50K shares (also check for accuracy. It may be $50K worth, dollars not shares). (http://biz.yahoo.com/finance/980323/senetek_sn_1.html) In the second one (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/980323/ca_senetek_1.html) he said "once again" so I guess it was him. Se ya, Marty
