But it would be nice if bates is honest, and honorable.

And there certainly isn't any reason one should think otherwise. Just because Ebeling retained his services, I certainly wouldn't lump him into the same category.

Keep in mind, Paul Ebeling cost me and others on here quite a bit of money with his frivolous and ludicrous lawsuit. Although we certainly never participated in the events that he claimed, one still has to pay for counsel in answering the charges. So, in essence, I might have lost more money than quite a few people on this thread(which I'm sure brings a smile to some), but it was certainly well worth it. Not only from a vindication standpoint but to the genuine & honest people I've met along the way.

As for the suffering he's caused you, I sincerely from the bottom of my heart apologize. I'm certain none of this would have happened if I never would have shown my ugly head.

My intentions were not to drive the price of this stock into the gutter. They were simply to try and convey my and numerous other people's dealings with Paul Ebeling. Losing money on an investment because of poor company performance is one thing, but losing it because an officer of the company is not being honest with his shareholders is another.

I wish you all great fortune....GO NAMX!!
