Could someone please post the S-8 filing it was difficult to find and with an uptick tomorrow do you think this will be a run up or a trading opportunity. Appreciate any comments, I am long on ADGI, but would like to make up for my blunder of not selling some at .08/,09 or is this worth the wait over a few months. Thanks in advance for your responses. Have you actually seen the report? I haven't yet found it. On what basis will there be an uptick? Did we reach the estimated .01 for the Q?
