Level 3 Stock Diluted 10%. 30% of Peter Kiewit Sons Class C Stock has been converted to Class D (LVLT) Stock.

After the Board determined the new book value to be $11.65/share last week, the conversion was made and new class D certificates were mailed to share holders on March 26, 1998. The 3 million C shares, converted and adjusted for a five to one split, will put 15 million more additional shares out on the market available for trading. Word on the street is that many are looking to liquidate their shares to reduce debt.
