I'll give them a call in the morning. Thanks again for passing on the word.

I talked to Matthew Lovito this morning regarding the confusion on the 5 mil share buyback by AGT. According to him, Sega has authorized buying 5 mil shares but AGT is not buying any at this time.
This comes almost as a relief to me as a stock buyback at this time, in my opinion, would be only a token action to appease a few outspoken stockholders and the funds are much better used to for continued expansion and production.
Could not get any info on the JV between AGT and Sega as everyone involved is being very tightlipped, and I believe rightfully so.
No news is very frustrating at times but beats pie in the sky "leaks" that will certainly kill a stock price if proven untrue later.
Regarding the financing, again nobody is talking although it appears to be close at hand.
With all the talking back and forth it's pretty easy to slip on a name occasionally (AGT/Sega etc.) so it's no wonder info can be easily misunderstood, just a good thing we can bounce all of this off each other and keep things cleared up as much as possible.
Hope all this rambling made a little sense.
Regards,
Randy
