ADK shareholders - Unfortunately Brian is right. There is no way to resurrect a company that trades at $0.03 and has no cash or property on hand. Nobody will do a financing at these prices and with this much paper out. If you hold ADK stock and paid any more than 3 or 4 cents you are going to end up losing all of your money. I am biting the bullet on some myself. This is why this game is best played by insiders and why people who just want to make one decent score should go to Vegas where the odds are much better.
