As Wayne would say, TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS!!!!!" I was just reviewing Jack's quote... " The merger agreement is nearly complete. I have sent CVI's final revision requests to WOTD. I am now awaiting their response on a few minor matters. Please let everyone know we appreciate their patience, and that I believe we are inside 10 business days for completion of the agreement ( allowing time for legal language particulars)." And... the two points that stand out are that we're inside ten business days from March 26th (translates to early April) and the fact that we're waiting on WOTD's responses to revisions requested by CVIA. So, from WOTD's perspective, the merger details seems to be done. Those final revision requests were made by Jack. Probably some word-smithing that can only help CVIA share value.
