Thanks Mark I have waited some time for this. I hope it is the beginning of a substantial upside over next couple of years. Lost in some of the hub bub was the mention by Chuck that DOC is now on 130 boards, thats ten more than a month ago. Jerome I would be very happy with .03 - .05 for this quarter. As i said earlier C one deal consumated .03 and these types of deals things should work out nice. Thing to remember payoff comes in 99 and 2000 so a lot can happen in between. This moving faster than I thought. I realize we have risen quite a bit but honestly with the volume we had today I am surprised not higher. How much stock is actually on the street. I think Omar and Terrance are right that this will get the attention of analysts. But patience here, you never know but Jerome I think this time for real.
