Ok I am almost over my brokerage tirade... wow talk about being put between a rock and a hard spot, this is going to be tough trying to trade under the rules my broker has established for me. Lets see mail them the waver... 2 to 6 days in the mail before I can buy... anybody have a clue were the price will be next week?
So I can plan my buy order <ROFLMAO>

Back to CVIA, yesterdays trading really wasnt anything out of the ordinary, in fact I looked at the trading logs and there are probably 2 to 2 1/2 million (shares) wanting to buy at .015 and .0155, but our MMs arent selling at those prices, yet the bid is at .013? They don't want to sell at a 15 to 20% markup? Hmmm theres greed, theres making a profit and theres extortion, think maybe a 30 to 40% (.017) markup qualifies for extortion?

Now I look at the trading logs a little closer and see that on trades of 100K the MMs are more than willing to drop the bid, but not willing to sell, in fact it looks like this was caused by some MMs crosstrading... a bunch of 1000 (or less) share trades ($13 trades yeah right)of course these were posted as sales.

Also there is one 25,000 share (buy 15 minutes later sale) trade that happened 4 times yesterday, it look like it was on a regular 2 hour schedule... almost to the minute.

To me it looks like 40% of yesterdays volume was nothing more than MMs padding the Volume, trying to scare the investors. Another below average volume day, worst case 2 1/2% of the float was traded but they walk the price down 15%? Go figure.

I am going out on a Limb and will predict a volume of around 4 to 5 million again today and the closing price .012/.016, These MMs are forming a pattern for their trading, and looks like they are going to be relentless about it... until something stops them.

I plan on calling the NASD and SEC over this brokerage mess, I am finding myself in, I might as well Fax yesterdays CVIA log in and have them explain if this is normal trading patterns and ask if these MMs are the ones they are trying to protect investors from.... should be an interesting conversation <LOL>

anyone else upto emailing or calling the SEC or NASD over the way CVIA is being traded, knock yourself out... this is a clear case of manipulation they are "trying to protect us from".
