dan, what was your point? are saying that real estate isn't going up? did you know the average home in san jose is $500k - more than san francisco? did you know that housing inventories in some areas of san diego are 75-80% below their average over the last 8 years? did you know homes are priced 10% more in san diego this year over last? of course, this won't impact the stock market in gen'l and gtw inparticular. right? just like reduced eps are not affecting stock prices. it will. someday, though.
