Does anybody here follow Eureka Resources (EUK). Its been on Kaiser's list for the last two years. There is about 10,000,000 fully diluted shares outstanding. According to Kaiser, Mr. O'Niell (spelling?) controls around 60% of the shares. The bid has been firming up lately. Supposedly, the company will be drilling a grassroots polymettalic massive sulfide property in BC this summer. I have also heard that the company is considering a rights offering to fund the drill program. Can someone confirm this?
