According to The Washington Post March 29th edition, The Red Chip Review has included TFS among a group of ten stocks with its top rating ( "A" ).Hope they're right.

I'm thinking about the issue you have raised.

Noblesse,

Your position was very well stated. You are very upfront on this issue and I really respect that. I will personally respond back and comment within the next 48 hours on this matter.

While I share many of your sentiments, I have made very good money on this stock in 1994 and then again in July '97 when I came back in. It is only my most recent share purchases that are lagging, although I will admit my timing with this stock until recently has been excellent.

As an investor with a 100,000 + share holding in TFS I am also very dissappointed in our stock performance. Our business performance continues to improve yet the stock is only $2.00 higher than last July, before the beginning of significant earnings improvement. While I understand and agree that something needs to be done to raise stock valuations, I am not certain what is the best action for the thread members to take in this regard.

Thank you for posting your thoughts. I need to reflect some on this matter.

regards,

Ed

Hi N.O.

I have voted no on first two items on the proxy. The first vote is the protest for my dissatisfaction of the stock value. I don't know any of the current directors and can not judge who has done his/her job. But, they have to share certain responsibility to guide the management to increase shareholders' value. The second no vote is to express my position as a shareholder. I truly felt unless the shareholders' interest has been taken care of, the management should put the stock option plan in the lower priority. Especially, they did have a plan in 1997.

Have a good evening, everyone.

Well said N.O..

I just opened a the first two of my TFS proxy envelopes. As I was paging through the material some of the same thoughts were going through my mind.

Although I have only held my TFS for about nine months, it has been a loosing game so far ... in a market that is probably up 40% and while their sales and earnings have risen handsomely.

Then as I look through the annual report I see big pay raises .... a request to approve a stock plan .... plans to invest nearly all available cash .... and nary a comment about what is happening to sales and orders that might justify why all this money that belongs to shareholders should be going thataway .... Mmmm.... all seems a little inbred and self serving ... might be time for some one to shake something up.

I am not interested in hype, but TFS almost seems to be trying to hide. I have always had a bad feeling about those who just say "trust me" and I am trying to figure out whether I should have that feeling about TFS. I have often voted against management requests that I feel do not benefit the stockholder and this could be another such time.
