Cary, all... Rainier and I traded a few messages offline and it turns out we just had one of those misunderstandings which can only happen on an e-mail thread like this. He thought I was saying that one of his favorite stocks - QSNDF - might soon be selling for 2 3/4 - and of course I was really talking about KKRO. It's kind of funny - QSNDF's chart actually shows it has dipped as low as that a couple of times, but they're getting a lot of good things done and with luck it'll never get that low again... At any rate I'm sorry for my reaction. Rainier's actually a really nice guy! Phil
