A question to anyone. What is the process for an officer of a company to sell shares. I know they must file with SEC, but since PE was ousted what and how soon can he sale his shares and TEIM's shares of NAMX.

PS my statement about eating crow was informal apology to Hunter, Hopefully now NAMX can move forward.

Firenza. At the current price of $.07 (which is quite a far cry from above $.7 where I felt the stock overvalued), and assuming that the information from those gas resources are correct, I think there might be hope for this company. Over the weekend I made a very rough calculation on this thread of a fair value of between $.15 to $.3 per share, and Mike C. correctly stated that the discounting I took was too severe, since gas fields are exploited faster than typical oil fields.

I still think that an investor should concentrate on finding out few additional facts such as financing and allocation of the stuff coming out of the ground. I think I read in one of the releases that the drilling itself is financed by the final user (in both major deals the company has). It would be nice to find out more details so that a fair valuation could be arrived at.

Gee, I almost persuaded myself to pluck a little down this one (VBG).

Anyone think that the company will now tell us exactly how many shares are outstanding, what is the side deal with the Swiss owners of the company and what is the partition of the "goodies" between the different parties? These would be quite helpful in evaluating the fair value of NAMX.
