Hey guys, don't knock those convertible debentures until you find out which off shore location they come from. I hear the Caribbean is a nice place to dilute a company. Given TNRG's Asian connection, maybe these come from someplace exotic like Macau.

I hope they're not from someplace ordinary like the Bahamas. I mean, simply everyone has diluted a company's stock from there.
