I cannot even speculate on what the release of Rhapsody CR1 toward the beginning of Q4 might do for earnings in that quarter.

I doubt that we would see much increase in revenue short-term. Rhapsody, and with it the NC strategy, have huge implications. But it will take time for volume sales to hit. Schools, universities, enterprises, publishers and Web developers all need time to try it out first (I signed our company up as an Apple developer in part to evaluate Rhapsody, but I suspect we're way ahead of most). As far as stock price, I would guess that Rhapsody/NC will begin to be priced into the stock once it has been announced and people have had a chance to evaluate it. My prediction, then, is: increase in stock price in Q4/98, very gradual increase in sales over the next year, with volume shipments beginning in late 99.
