I doubt if Joe will post any more today. From my last several conversations with him I will tell you what I know.

1 The $50 million does not include WorldPass, that I am sure of. Joe may give us an update in the newsletter.

2 If the acquisitions he is currently looking at meet his criteria, they should all be signed by the end of April giving DCI $100 million in revenue for the next fiscal year.

3 I'm pretty sure the answer here is yes.
